Subs in a 350z
Hi, i was wondering if i would be able to take my car to like best buy or something and with the Bose mounting bracket would they be able to put a after market 10" sub in the back of my seat? If so is the mounting bracket the only thing i would need to make it fit?

This has been beat to death. I think this topic is posted like 3 more times on the first 2 pages alone. Try a search dude! You can use a free air sub in that space, turn that space into a box and use a better sub, or buy a box under the strut tower for the best sound. I was going to use the space behind the seat but went with the under-strut box for cost reasons. (Found a used box locally and saved alot

)Sorry but I've never seen a post asking if BB would be able to install a sub in the Bose area. How about you try not being an ***.
I think most subs should be able to be screwed onto the Bose panel with no problems. I just had to put mine on there and I had to drill out some other holes to make it mount on there. I wouldn't take it anywhere to get it done, just mount it on there and put lots of Dynamat in there and on the cover and you should be good to go.

I just searched and all I came up with were questions about IF they could put a sub in there and how they could do it.

Here is the deal. The Bose system you have will not power a good sounding 10 inch free air sub. To make it worth any cash at all you need a high powered 10 and a good amp. I don't want to put another 100 lbs of weight in my trunk for two 10's. So I am also going the route of a nice high power 10. With that said=You will need to get a new head unit that has Amp outputs. Having a good head unit to control your sub's cross over is the key. Don't waste your money with a low powered drop in sub. Save up a bit and make yourself happy.
Seeing that you don't know the answer to this question I would highly recommend you go out and buy a car stereo cook book. This way you can save your install cash and do it yourself. I have built custom audio systems for loads of people just off getting the correct info from books. It's easy and way fun to do it yourself.
