Rear speakers cutting out???
I have an '05 with the Bose system.... I upgraded my headunit about a year ago but have been running stock speakers. When I had the stock bose headunit in there occasionally when making a turn or hitting brakes the rear speakers would cut out.... this stopped once I changed for an aftermarket receiver... however now all of a sudden the speakers have started to cut out from time to time again (rears only)... any ideas other than 'check your connections'?

Start in the dash.
Typically there is a plug for the power, ground, etc., another for the front speaker pair, and another for the rear speaker pair. Some times you'll have just a bundle of wires with all three together. If you're certain that both speakers are cutting out together that's where I'd look for the loose connection.
