high pitch whistle sound

Default high pitch whistle sound

i jus got my stereo rewired and now i have a high pitch whistle buzzing sound which get louder as i step on the gas. whats the problem and what should i do?

it is a ground issue, reposition the ground wire, first make sure it isn't too thin for shielding, than make sure it isn't touching a power wire, lastly- connect it to a different grounding point.

make sure your main power wire from the battery is located down the pass side of car,,,,make sure your RCA's/speaker wires are running at least down the center console or driver side of car. Also,,,when all wires/cables are run,,,make sure the RCA's and speaker wire are not bundled up/"globbed together" with the power wire in the rear glovebox/factory sub location.

+1 on checking all of your ground connectioins,,,,Make sure you have the correct gage ground/power wire,,,,and the grounding point is paint free. Scrap/sand the ground spot of necessary.

classic alternator whine, do a search on it, i have outline the few issues that cuase this problem in previous posts
