Default bluetooth with phone

I have recently installed a z2 in my z also. and so far no one has complained to me about any echo or anything. when you pair the phone to the z2 make sure that the volume setting on your phone is set to the lowest volume level 1 or 2 and i think that should do it.if you paired your phone to the z2 with the volume setting up on your phone you will need to delete the phone from the z2 and re pair the phone and z2.

some phones will give an echo when the volume is turned up too high like the other guy said when you are using speakerphone, which is basically what bluetooth is.

welcome to the world of feedback. it can be a b!tch, but in your case i think it will be easily solved. good luck.

I have a Z1 and I set the voice to come from the right side speaker only and have the microphone on the visor by the drivers side window. That has helped reduce the echo.

Hey guys i tried everything you said. Now when i call people its their voice that echoes through their phone? i dont understand it. If i call from my phone via bluetooth off then it works fine. But when from my z2 they get a crazy loud echo and cant hardly hear it.
