Thanks for the link, Amy. Here is another informative tutorial on the same subject from our very own "Scafremon."

Default Scarremon's Dash Photo's - very nice

Yes - very nice... "Scafremon."

I'll look closely, to decide what LCD display to install.

I have a bright 7" one composite in only. No touch screen.
( nope - just looked at the box - Qwestar 6.4 High Def TFT/LCD )
Close..

The other toy is a Non Touch 5.8" dual Composite. SunVisor sized - Pixelon SPV-5.8 Has Remote for Controls.
( this is available under several Brand names. I paid too much.. Others were in the $155 dollar range.)
Specs 4 screen modes Brightness 350 Nit ( Is this the same as Candela's?)

I'll try hooking up the Laptop (Dell) with the SVid to composite adaptor.. and see if it readable.

For those of you with the Xen-named Touch Screen - RGB/VGA units. I gues the are around $500.. Any other candidates..
Something bright to see it in Daylight?

Cheers Amy -

Amy:

I dont know who is surfing this particular thread, but I suggest you search the Audio/Video/Nav forum for more specific answers as Im completely in the dark about your inquiry. I know that "DrBonz" recently installed the in-car-computer in his Z. Perhaps he can point you in the right direction.

Good luck!
