Default Alpine TME-M760 question

OK. I just got done installing the monitor. The wiring harness that came with it requires you to hook up hand brake lead and foot brake lead. I did that but the screen reads "monitor turned off for your safty". I called the APLINE and they told me its becasue of the safty issue for the driver wile driving. I did exactly what the manuals said to do but I need HELP PLEASE!!! Anyone here know exactly where the hand brake and the foot brake leads are??? Is it necessary to hook this up to get rid of this interlock? Or does anyone here know the interlock bypass code??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP. I"M dieing here. So close to finishing this install but no cigar....

Thanks..
