Default Can you get XM on a Sirius reciever?

My Z came with a Kenwood Sirius FM Modulator and I was thinking of activating it...Sirius is 12.95/month, but my dad has XM and we can go under his name and pay 7.00/month for XM...just wondering if a Sirius thingy can get XM somehow.

And the doof who had the car before me has the antenna attached the roof.

Sirius only works with a Sirius receiver. XM uses a different encoding system and transmitting frequency...

Thanks dude...lol..funny when I'm on another forum and run into a club gp member. Same thing on LS1.com.

Oh well, thought I might be able to get XM thru the Kenwood modulator.

Thanks for the info.
