Default Help fixing bose sub

My sub keeps cutting out it comes on for about a min and then it cutts out I checked the wires and everthing is fine. I have no aftermaket deck, the funny thing is that when I tap the sub it works but then a min later the same thing happens it cutts out. I seached but I didn't find anything on how to fix it, so please if you have any info on this I would really appreciate it.

If you think it's the speaker itself there's plenty of people who have replaced theirs who might sell/give it to you. Repairing the inside of the speaker is not normally possible.

Normally the loose connection is in the amplifier or either end of the cable that runs from the amp to the speaker. I'm assuming that you've taken the plastic pieces out of the rear of the car to gain access to the speaker and checked those connections.

It could be the sub amp. My sub was cutting in and out and turned out it was the sub amp.

If you're looking to replace some BOSE components, have I got a deal for sale! I've got the full BOSE 350Z (out of a '06 show model) system for sale: CD/MP3/AM/FM headunit, sub, amps, F&R speakers.

Just $250 + packing/shipping from 80014 for the entire package! And sorry, I won't be breaking up the package to sell separately.
