to the OP.. ima do this like Morpheus in the Matrix.. if you want to take the blue pill and go with JL Audio.. we will suggest a JL Sub that will work wonders for you.. and you will continue living in the matrix like the rest of the JL owners.. or you can join a select few on this forum who have taken the red pill and have realized you can have a superior product at a lesser cost..
the choice is really yours..

RE SX series subs hit pretty hard, and sound nice as well. If you want, I have 2 jl 12w7's in my living room collecting dust, 2 jl 300/2's, and 1 jl 1000/1. Would have ran those but they wouldn't fit under strut.

I should of also mentioned that if you go with the Zapco, be prepared to pay a little extra for their interconnects. I almost went with Zapco, but had already invested a good sum in premium RCAs and elected to go with DLS and JL. I have the DLS going to a Polk SR12DVC sub, which has been great for my tastes. It is extremely heavy, but the combination of SQ and SPL is great for my taste.

In order to avoid this being a total threadcrap, I would suggest something along the lines of a Seas Lotus, IDQ, or Polk SR series subwoofer for the OP.
