has anyone put a screen under neath the door on the dash above the radio?? i was looking through the DIY sections and no one has a post.. anyone know where to get one?

Before this thread turns into a flamefest, I'll tell you this:

It's possible, no matter what. It only depends on what year your car is. '03 to '05 have an easier time, but '06 - '08 you'll need to do some modifications. Either way, it's possible. I'd just suggest having someone that does reputable work do the job for you; it's worth it when you consider the possibility that you might make your dashboard into chop meat.

 

yea i have a 03 and i am MECP certified but i dano if i want to be the one to cut up the dash thats why i was hopeing for a DIY but oh well thanks for the info im goin to look in to it and if im feeling up to the task ill make the DIY

arent you the one beating the dead horse by NOT SEARCHING and posting a useless thread that has been talked about in the past month maybe three times already. you yourself said you only looked in the DIY section...did you even TRY looking in the video and audio section or try the SEARCH feature...??

YES it can be done...its been done more then a few times...find a local car audio shop and ask them if they can do it...

oh, i see. that would be pretty cool if done properly, if your like me then i can see why you would want to do it. I want my Z to look different from everybody elses.

check out the alpine ones, they are really good. My pioneer is great though, but if you got the money for alpine then i would go with them.

 

You say you are trying to find out some info. Wouldnt a good way "to find out some info" be to use the button called SEARCH. It is crazy- you push it and it enables you to find out a lot of cool things. Try it.

P.S.- With all the cool graphics you use I would think you would have already found your way to the searchland.
