Default Power Acoustiks Capacitor, built in Neon, will it drain my battery???

Hey everybody, I've been doing a self install for the past few days, and have finally made it to the point of hooking everything up. I tested all my grounds, so I'm all good. The way I'm going to have it hooked up, is the main power wire into the cap, then out into a distribution block, then to my two amps.

My question is, since the Cap has constant power (I can't for the life of me find somewhere to send a remote wire, and I hooked it up with the car OFF and it turned the Cap on anyway...), will it drain my battery? There is a neon on the front of the capacitor (pictured below). When I hooked it up, the neon came on, along with the top four LED's, and the voltage read out.

My question is, will this drain my battery? Thanks!
