It's usually the blue wire.

what year is your Z?

I found my paper and my amp works fine on my 07.

I used the light green wire (ACC) for my remote on.
Positive = light green
negative = ground

i ignored the ground tho, idk if you need it or not so I just included it for you.

I did mine not too long ago.

It's the Light Green Wire coming out the back of the head unit.
My car is an 06, but I checked the FSM for previous years and it's the same color.

Edit: the factory amp turn on switch is too weak of a voltage to turn on your amp, so just do the light green wire.
