The navigation is probably not bad at all. It is HDD navi, and from what I've learned from Spike100 it will be a little slower than a solid state memory device. but still it will most likely be pretty nice. It has the RDS-TMC (nav traffic).

The build quality of the piece I would guess as with other Exad pieces I've seen in the recent years is pretty solid actually. I love the clean look and solid feel.

The downside with this unit, as with MOST JVC offerings these days (JVC used to be good stuff in the early 90's), is the audio section. Do not expect too much high quality audio output. The FM sensativity is 11.3dBf, which is horrible reception. Most headunits today are down around 8 or 9dBf (the lower the better). 2.5volt preamp outputs is not very high these days and the frequency response is 40-20kHz.......40Hz? 40Hz??????

my favorite thing about it is that it is detachable face.....to me thats what im most worried about....and the fact that a would be theif looks in the car and sees a single din with out the face doesnt think its a single din nav! odds are hes gonna think its a single din regular cd player.......
