Are your subs dual voice coil or single voice coil? Also what ohm are the subs and what ohm is the amp rated for? If you can provide that info someone can answer your question and point you in the right direction.

You need to make sure what ohm your amp is capable of running because that will determine how your subs need to be hooked up. If you have single 4 ohm subs you'd better hope that amp will run 2 ohm stable otherwise you're gonna want to swap those subs for 8 ohm models.

If the amp is 2 ohm stable it's an easy hook up from amp to sub. If it's not then you really need to exchange those subs for a pair of 8 ohm subs. Also verify FOR SURE that you have single voice coil subs that determines how they are wired as well.

As for hooking up a LOC (line output converter) there is a wiring diagram around on the forum you can look at and get the correct color wires to tap into to hook that up. It doesn't have to be hooked up behind the radio to feed a mono amp it can be hooked up to any speaker in the system.

Have you run power, ground and remote turn on already? And are your subs going in some sort of an enclosure?

yes they are in a fiberglass enclosure, its in front of the strut bar behind the seats facing forward, at an angle up. I have ran the power, ground and remote already to. I had it hooked up before, but it didnt hit very loud, i think the guy that did it, did it wrong or something. so im gonna do it myself.
