Help oon a D3
alright so i got the pioneer D3 tonite... and i get everything install and everything good... but no music is playing... im 95% positive that the speaker wires are hooked up right.... why is this doing this?... and also anybody have a way to cover up the huge gaps in between the actaull head unit and the plastic.... the trim they gave me doesnt seem to be working out that good
^^^First,,,as for the sound,,,are you running everything using amp's, or strickly off the headunit? As for the gaps,,,it sounds like they sold you the wrong year dash kit. I am not sure what's the year of your Z,,,but there are dask kits for 03-05,,,then 06-up.
One sec,,,just read your post again,,,when you say TRIM,,do you mean the faceplate trim that came with the headunit,,,,or dash kit trim? If you did not purchase the dash kit,,you will need to do so.
