Default Got an 03 for a good deal!

Hello to everyone! I have been lurking on here for a while doing some research about the Z. I am 24, and wanted a 350Z since they came out. I recently got a 2004 PPW 5AT 350Z with 50K miles for $10K. I plan to use it as a daily driver on nicer days when it's not too snowy or salty out. I live between Northwestern Ohio, and Southeastern Ohio. I also frequent Cleveland, so snow and roadsalt will keep it put up for most of the time. My DD's are a 92 K5 Blazer, and a 2003 Acura RL. I plan on modding the Z slowly, but tastefully. So far I have added a Motordyne 5/16 spacer, AMS pulleys, a K&N filter, HFC's, and 5% tints. I have also buffed out the haze on the Hid housings, gone over it with a claybar, and rewaxed it. I plan to try to beef up the AT, and add paddle shifters when I figure out where I can get a shift kit installed. I also want to add a supercharger once I have the tranny work done and get all the bolt on's done. I am leaning to the Motordyne for the exhaust. Since I live in the land of potholes I am looking for some nice 18" rims nothing larger, and I don't plan on doing any serious suspension work or ground effects. I plan on doing some custom interior work like a Suede dash, seat inserts, headliner, and adding nav. I don't want to make it a racer boy car, but more just a fun cruiser. I would have gone for a 6MT, but I am 6'8" 220lbs and could not sit in it and release the clutch. I recently drove a friend's R8 with the S-tronic tranny and after that decided Auto sports cars are fine, and my significant other just got a loaded Audi TTS with the S-tronic tranny further convincing me that AT tranny sports cars are fine, and also convincing me I need a car that is not a boat.

I know good places to get aftermarket parts, but I am looking for a good source for OEM parts outside of the stealership. I need a new driver's side door vent for it since, and I need a rear hatch lift spring for some reason I am missing one. I am also looking for a shop somewhere in Ohio that can run a good tune for me.

I apologise ahead of time If anything is misspelled since I have real bad dyslexia. This forum has already been a big help! Thanks to all!

Got around to adding cell pics here they are! Sorry for the poor quality.

I was behind a GTR on the way home from the dealership while it was raining! I was drooling!!!

All cleaned and waxed when I got it home!

Sitting outside with my lady's 09 TTS, She has every option!

Me the puppy and the Z!!!

E6Z- yes I have leather, HID's, and a Bose 6 disc cd changer. I think those are the only options it has. The Bose will come out and a Double Din Nav unit will fill it's place.

Emski- I got it in the Cleveland area and they don't sell there because it's always snowing there. It also needs some minor TLC, like the parts I listed, and fixing some cig burns on the headliner and center console.

Nice find man! Seems like a bunch of Daytona Blue and PPW Z's finally showed up for sale around Ohio, though, the Silver has grown on me.

For OEM parts I go through Courtesy Nissan, while it is a dealership, they have decent prices and I've had nothing but top notch service from them.

Good luck and have fun!

Welcome to the forum. The PPW is looking good. Is it just the angles of the pics, or is it lowered a bit?

Suspension as far as I can tell is completely stock. I am 6'8" so I make it look funny standing by it, and also kinda get bird's eye view effects when I take a pic.
