buzzing noise coming from speakers???

buzzing noise coming from speakers???
i just installed all new highs and put a amp in. sounds great but i am getting a buzzing noise coming from speakers and when i step on gas it gets louder!
i bought 2 ground loop isolators and they did nothing. i tried a new ground and that did nothing. my amp is located in glovebox and i tried pulling it out of glove and away from fuel pump the buzzing kinda fades but does not go away.
if anyone could help that would be great!!
also everything is brand new!!
