under strut sub box for 2 10"s
does anyone know where i can get a custom sub box to fit under the sub bar that will fit two 10" subs.
or does anyone will a box know exact measurements that will fit flush against the strut bar. I want the sub enclosure to take up the rear part of the trunk (area closest to the seats), leaving the front (area closest to the license plate) for storage.
hope thats not too confusing
thanks
tony

this is so pertinent to me its eerie. Just sunday I started building my own box to fit my two 10" infinity perfect subs under the strut bar. I couldn't figure out how to make them fire straight back, so I tilted the face piece back a little bit so they fire more towards the hatch itself rather than the license plate. It isn't too hard, I suggest buying some 3/4" MDF ($20 or less), some screws and good wood glue. You can make it yourself fairly easily, all you need is a table saw. That way you can have the satisfaction of doing it yourself and the extra $200+ to spend on better audio equipment

I'm freaking lazy and normally would design my own box as I have in the past. Being that I'm severely lacking tools right now, I'm having a friend build it for me. Do you have any measurements/plans that I can just give this guy so he can crank it out?
If you feel like publishing your design, just let me know. I'm using Alpine S-Type 10's. They'll probably require about the same volume as your infinity's.
Thanks either way....

Install
That looks incredible. I love the install. Did you fiberglass that yourself or pay? The amps are mounted really nice!
I'm trying to keep everything simple and since space is a premium in this car, keep as much of the trunk as possible.
How did you mount your CD changer in the mailbox? Where did that trim come from?
Awesome job man!
