Said competitor used to be a lawyer. He tore them apart and basically dared them to take him to court.

Saw this on another forum where the title included the small company- Blue Jeans Cables. I've ordered a fair amount from them in the past so I read this all the way through.

I'm happy to see him taking Monster to task, but it seems like he said the same thing over and over. Possibly just to give them more to read? Either way, I'm glad to see it.

Did anyone see the link below about Monster's response to something else? You have to click the related link below Blue Jeans' reply and then click the "response from Noel Lee" link and you get here:

http://www.audioholics.com/news/pres...-from-noel-lee

It's not directly related to the Blue Jeans issue, but interesting that Noel Lee, CEO of Monster Cables says,

There have been alot of rumors, misinformation, and false accusations spread on the web about Monster Cable and its trademark and brand protection efforts. We have been wrongfully accused of suing any company using the "Monster" name, and as being a"corporate bully. Anyone who knows our company, or me personally, knows that we are not that kind of company, and I am not that kind of person. The information out there is categorically untrue.
Uh huh....

Dear Optamix: Doubt! What, exactly, does Steven Seagal practice, Aikido OR
Aikijitsu??? He's too much of a bone-crusher, for just plain old Aikido, in my
opinion! Thanks.

Monster "Oh we just really f*cked up"

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1985, I spent nineteen years in litigation practice, with a focus upon federal litigation involving large damages and complex issues. My first seven years were spent primarily on the defense side, where I developed an intense frustration with insurance carriers who would settle meritless claims for nuisance value when the better long-term view would have been to fight against vexatious litigation as a matter of principle.
