Default CEL after audio install?

My Service Engine light came on after i Installed my amp and replaced the 2 speakers that are behind the head rest. Could that cause my CEL to go on? or is it just a coincidence and something else may need attention.

im using my stock radio. So i didnt replace anything. I just upgraded speakers and installed the amp. I tapped into the rear speakers and used a Line out converter to turn the speaker cable into RCA for the amp that powers the subs.
the only thing i disconnected was the rear cig/power plug and used that as my remote switch for the amp.

Off to the mechanic i go!
