Remote start; starting by itself.
I've had the Viper 791XV installed for about a year with remote start.
This issue starting occurring tonight when it was auto starting by itself in the garage.
This occurred at 9PM, then again at 1:30AM.
I'm about to disconnect the battery before I hit the sack. My niece was messing the alarm controller tonight, so I'm not if that could or may have caused it. I've disconnected the AAA battery to the remote hoping this would fix the issue but apparently not. Unfortunately, I no longer have the manual.
Anyone have this happen to them and have a solution?

But apparently, she put it in some mode that'll occasionally start the car by itself. I'm actually searching the web to find a manual in pdf.
If anyone has a the Viper manual handy, I'd greatly appreciate any info they can find regarding this situation.
Anyways, I have guess over so this will have to wait until tomorrow morning. Hopefully disconnecting the battery will do the trick!
Timer mode
By pressing the remote and buttons the parking
lights will flash 4 times and then start the vehicle and run for the
set duration. The remote start can be shut off by the transmitter
by pressing the remote start button and remain in timer
mode, but if any other shut down zones or the ignition becomes
active the timer mode will cancel.
1. Press Timer mode buttons.
2. The vehicle will confirm with 4 parking light flashes.
3. A 1-second delay will start.
4. The system will start the car and will run for the specified
duration, unless shut down by the remote start button . If
shut down with the remote start button the
system will remain in timer mode.
5. The system will start every 3 hours until canceled by the
brake, hood, or neutral safety shut-down wires.
To exit timer mode, turn the ignition switch on any time the
engine is running. The parking lights will flash 4 times, indicating
timer mode has been exited.
Hope this helps.

The car hasn't started by itself as of yet since I connected the battery back. But I think Timer Mode may have been it. We'll see in 5 mins if it is 3 hour intervals.
