my previous post in audio video i got some good help so i thought id try again with another question haha. i have 2 arc audio fd10's 4ohm subs there 250rms/500peak watts each 88db so theyll generate sound from the amp rather easily(so ive been told lol) and ive been suggested to look into the new pdx line of alpine for good quality sound for a good price. ANNNYWAYY..i was looking at the 600.1 pdx amp..or the 1000.1 pdx amp..i was leaning towards the 1000.1 but is that just overkill for this setup? ( the 1000.1 might just be jumping out at me because it says 1000 and everyone wants more watts lol) lol but im making sure it would even be worth it or just go with the 600.1, or even complete different amp at a different watt range, what do you guys think? thanx for the time guys.

1000 rms watts is overkill. even 600 rms watts is more than enough.
The Alpine PDX series is very nice. Another option, which is one of my personal favorite sub amps is Crossfire:
