Pioneer D1 does not open ?

Pioneer D1 does not open ?
I had this navigation for two years and didn't have any single problem until now. I try to open up my screen to put new cd into cd drive and the screen is not opening... I've searched online and one of the guy who is in RSX forum said it happens when it gets hot. It's been 95 - 100 in NJ for past couple of days.. does anybody have problem like me?
