Amplifier recommendations please!!
I can't seem to find good reviews on amplifiers out, so hopefully you guys can help me out.
I have the Sony WX-7700MDX headunit, Infinity Perfect 6.1 fronts, Infinity KAPPA 62.5I for the rear, Image Dynamics IDQ10.V2 (on order with the enclosure from Paul and ZLand, I can get either 2ohm or 4ohm, depending on the amp suggested).
I have an old JBL JTS150 (50watt X 2) that I could use for the rears, if that is a good idea.
So I need something to drive the fronts and the sub. I hope to spend around $500 total for these amplifiers, what would you guys suggest?

Re: Amplifier recommendations please!!
You might consider the JL Audio 500/5 Amplifier:
Specifications:
Front Channels: 100 W RMS x 2 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
Rear Channels: 25 W RMS x 2 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
Subwoofer Channel: 250 W RMS @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
THD at Rated Power: <0.03% @ 4 ohm (F&R), <0.05% @ 4 ohm (Sub)
S/N Ratio* (F&R): >108.5 dB below rated power
S/N Ratio* (Sub): >95 dB below rated power
Frequency Response (front and rear): 5 Hz-30 KHz (+0, -1dB)
Frequency Response (sub channel): 5 Hz-500 Hz (+0, -1dB)
Damping Factor (front and rear): >200 @ 4 ohm/50 Hz
Damping Factor (sub channel): >500 @ 4 ohm/50 Hz
Input Range: switchable from 200mV-2V RMS to 800mV-8V RMS
Dimensions: 19.7"L x 9.25"W x 2.36"H (500 mm x 235 mm x 60 mm)
The IDQ will take 250 RMS so that's fine, and the Infinitys can take 100 RMS, or so Crutchfield says.
The 500/5 will also happily drive a 2 or 4 ohm sub load with absolutely no problems at 250 watts, so it doesn't matter which IDQ you get.
I believe the 500/5 is somewhere around like $500-550 if you get a little lucky.
