Sure it might be a snug fit, but if nothing is "really" securing it, other then gravity and it fitting snug under the strut bar location, how safe is it really? What if you get into an accident/rear end someone, will this thing go flying to the front busting heads?

You'll understand once you put it in.
Sure it might fit pretty tight/super snug, but what about when you take it back out? You'll just have to push it out the opposite way right? I'm sure an accident at the impact of 40mph+ and setting off airbags will be a big impact, enough for those to go flying if they aren't really secured down by any bolts/screws/brackets of some sort.
BTW: Where in DFW are you from? I want to hear one in person, what kind of setup do you have?
