there we go. hope its understandable...
yeah it happen to me once and i fix it then 4 months later it shows symptoms but it wasnt as bad. i was fed up so i decided to just remove the cable to the motor so it will always stay open...Having moving doors is great but the more moving parts the more problem.

i broke mine about a year ago and the only advice i can give is to replace it with a new one. that door was never the same after i fixed it the first time so i ordered a new one. i was not expensive. if your end up finding a way to fix it post so everyone will have it for the future, good luck.

My nav door broke a over a year go. It broke at the pegs where the door screws in place of a metal bracket. Also, the rails get worn after awhile so things pop off easily and go off track.
~$100-115 for a new assembly.
