Question? Anyone have the qwerty cradle for the LG Voyager?

Question? Anyone have the qwerty cradle for the LG Voyager?
I wante to know before I urchase one if the suction mount (neck) can be removed and if there are screw holes in back of the cradle. reason is I want to mount this to a panavise bracket.
