Default AEM wideband install help

I was installing my wideband and didnt get as far as i hoped. I tried piggybacking from my boost power and ground with little success. I may try to use the cig lighter and run wiring from there, but i think the important part i am missing is the blue aux 0-5v wire. Most people have suggested an ecu wire this can hook up to? I want to avoid the ecu as much as possible and wondered if anyone has install suggestions. Thanks

The 0-5vdc wire is an output - you don't have to hook it up.

I would suggest hooking the power for the guage right to the main ignition wiring of the car - though a fuse.
