About a month ago i got my speakers installed at some place (cant rememer name atm) and few days ago i noticed how a plastic piece on the passenger door wasnt staying down and tight (its the piece were the window opener is.) so i decided to take it off and try to get it to fit better. Well it wont. the Front of it keeps popping up. So i took it apart again and noticed that the two screws under it were some what loose. I tried to tighten them but they wouldnt tighten *tightly* they would just keep screwing in like something is stripped. Is this normal or did they skrew something up? Thanks

 

just incase i dont make any sense im talking about the screws in this picture that u see (and the plastic piece he just took off) I took this picture from the HOW TOs section

 

i took apart the door panel (very easy Should of installed speakers my self instead of paying someone to do it ..

Anyways I found the problem. The thing hte screw screws into (black plastic piece) is broken in half. Can u buy these plastic pieces at a Automotive store or Lowes or something? Thanks

 

fixed it nm :P

Glued the thing back together. Put the whole door back together and it worked. Dont know why maybe the door wasnt all the way on in the first place.
