I got my hands on 4 way speakers from a friend. Yeah, not one of the better ones, but I just want something better than stock.

I installed the speakers (no crossover & no amp) and the sound is,,,
better for high & low frequency, but big loss of bass...

Is this normal for this type of speakers?
I plan to add subs soon, so if this is normal, I may just keep these on.
