Hahaha I feel you on the funds man in Kansas tags/tax on this car killed me but im recovering! haha and for the carbonfiber I have looked into that in the past on a box i did. if i rember for the same size of pack i get for fiberglass 6$ it was 75$ for carbonfiber, this was a year or so back though! and you have to use a differnt resign and lay it perfect and smooth for the weave to look good! if you pull it off on your first try major talent just dont mess up haha $$$$$$$$$!

Not bad, if you plan on making more like this one, look into a Jasper jig for the holes. Also when cutting using a jig saw, mount a peice of straight wood as a guide for your straight cuts. How thick did you make your fiberglass? I've worked fiberglass for many years and might be able to help with a few tricks here and there.

Sorry did not respond in a timely manner I forgot about this thread haha! but yah I used a lot of basic tools! but all in all things look and fit perfect! The fiberglass is about 4 layers total including the first sheet with just resign on it. being that it is all curved and no flat areas it is really strong!
