Looks like they just took it up another notch. 7" touch screen. BlueTooth. NAV add-on, Etc.

It's okay, I guess. Considering the stock stereo in the Z is a Clarion, I'm a little prejudiced against the brand.

I love my Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD, though.

Have any pics of it installed??

I have this system and absolutely love it. The Navigation system is top notch and better than I expected. It has logical routing and reroutes easily if you miss a turn. The voice guidance works great and gives you fair warning and easily understood directions. The Bluetooth function works well when receiving calls too. I had the iPod adapter installed too and it works well. You get an iPod wheel on the screen and can scroll through your playlists and songs. The DVD function works well and the screen clarity is surprisingly good.

It would be nice if there was a built in hard drive or you could putpersonal wallpapers on it. The only real problem I encountered was you will need an amp if you want to hear the voice directions. The internal amp works about the same as the stock 350Z stereo if that gives you an idea. The Nav system is optional and pretty big. I mounted mine in the glove box where it has that small indention in the floor. I velcroed it down since you need to be able to access it to update the navigation. The space for it works perfectly and seems it was almost made for it.

Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with all the features. There is an optional microphone for the bluetooth phone, but it works well with the stock unit. Stereo quality is top notch and all the functions work well. It looks great and very clean once installed. I'd recommend it and I don't have any regrets.

It displays the Clarion logo and whatever screen you happen to be on. I usually keep the Nav or iPod screen on. I did burn a photo disc for the DVD drive, so you can have it slideshow stills if you like. I loaded mine up with pictures of my deployment to show friends.

I'd post some pics, but I'm chewing sand and dust while my Z sits in my garage waiting for me.
