so i connected the kenwood kca-bt200 bluetooth adapter to my kenwood deck and when i try to connect my phone i get an error 68 (The unit cannot communicate with the cell phone). i did some research and found an update for the bt200 on kenwood's site. now, when i goto 'software information' on the headunit, the part for 'bluetooth module version' is blank. also, when i hit the 'start' button next to this (to try and update the bluetooth adapter), nothing happens. so does this mean there is a connection issue? i double checked the dip switches on the adapter and those are set correctly. anyone have any ideas? thanks in advance.
