Is my sub no good? (pic)

I have a JL 10W6v2 that I was planning on installing in the Z. I noticed this while looking at it.

The tear is all the way through in one spot. So, is this woofer no good now??

Its still playable, but in the long run its not going to last. Advice is sell it and get a new one. Theres nothing worst than finishing an install and have to go back and redo it cause a part failed.
