I have a 07 Nismo and want to upgrade the cheap sound system.

I want the Avic D3. I want the Ipod, Bluetooth, and back up camera. Plus i also want the steering wheel controls to work also..

I know all this can be done, I just dont know the model/part # for the ipod, bluetooth, wheel control, and I dont even know what Metra Kit to get so it can fit in my 07 Z...

I know there is a search button and i've been searching.. Just cant find what i need... So can you fellow Z owners help me out.. thanks.

 

What metra kit do i need for it to fit the 07 z?

 

Ipod adapter = CD-I200

BT = CD-BTB100

a reverse camera is just a camera...buy a liscence plate frame one. or a generic one. or whatever you find out there you like.....then it hooks up via RCA video cables on the D3 i belive..

We've got an AVIC-D3 left over that we're trying to get rid of... It's all about the AVIC-F Series now. Let me know if you want it, we're selling it below dealer cost.

 

Get the 06+ metra kit for the dash. It fits 98% good. The lower lip on mine is started to bow outwards when it got hot out this summer. It's not too bad, but it's not flush anymore either.

You only need the large ring for the D3 unit. I have a D3 too. The rest of the kit is useless.

For the steering wheel controls, get the PAC box.

Its fairly easy to install and a bit of a pain to program, but once its running its pretty good. Its not at responsive like the OEM unit, but it gets the job done.
