Default Stock Navi Location of Antennas?

Going through the process of purchasing a Z here in Japan and I wanted to ask a question on the stock Navi.

Given my lack of abilities in reading Japanese, I'm planning on spending my cash on an aftermarket unit with more capabilities (DVD, CD, CD-MP3 player, Music Juke box (i.e. HD based music storage) and of course a navi with great satellite pictures built in). Note, yes it will still be in Japanese but the Wife will take care of that.

So I wanted to ask 2 questions since I want to keep the dash clean.

1st the location of the stock GPS antenna, having searched the forum, I think its behind the dash between the center gauges and the steering wheel, I hope that is the same location on JDM cars.

2nd the location of the TV antennas. When test driving the car I could not figure out where they where on the stock unit. I'm not quite sure if this is an option on the stock Navis sold outside of Japan. I would like replicate the placement when I get an aftermarket unit. Here in Japan you can either get external "rabbit" antennas that don't look that great or ones that are a film and place at the top of the windshield. Although I could live with the windshield version, would like to avoid that if possible.

Thanks ahead of time for any responses.

antenna is right in front of you. you have to take the upper dash up to access it. you have to take the lower panel, steering column cover and the gauges off inorder to get the upper dash off.

You can mount the TV film under the rear Strut brace. Reception won't be as great, but it's hidden. Actually wonder if the defost grid will interfer?
