Default adding sub to Bose

I am about to add a 10" kappa perfect to the bose system. I yanked the factory sub and will simply use high or low level (not RCA) to get the signal. My question is, can I tap into the rear speakers for the signal or is it filtered there? Thanks

Yes, the rears run at full range. Just make sure that your high/low converter is adjustable so you can level match your impedence. Also, make sure the amp's low pass crossover is switched on.
