Replacing BOSE with identical BOSE: immobilizer problems?
Hi,
some say that if you swap a broken BOSE with another identical one (which I would buy ised from this very forum) I will need to reprogram the NATS immobilizer as this is paired with the headunit.
Is this true?
I need to use a USA spec BOSE to take advantage of the 12 pin connector for xm radio that is absent in european models.
My fellows here say my immobilizer will go crazy about this change and more importantly, I won't be able to reprogram it beacuse in USA you have different frequencies...
