i just recently installed a kenwood cd/mp3 player in my 2004 base model z and i noticed right away that it didnt sound as good as my stock one. i tried to mess with all the settings possible to fix it back to good again. there just wasnt as much bass as before. so i put my ear up to the rear speakers and theres no sound coming from them. i swear i checked and connected all neccessary wires. can someone tell my which wire exactly or what i can check to make this work. thanks a lot.

did you use a wire harness or did you try to slice the wires yourself? if you did the latter that may be your problem

Difficult to diagnose from a computer a couple of thousand miles away. I would suggest you bring it in to your trusted local car audio shop and have it checked out from them. Most likely a wiring issue.

^^^^ they are right. i had a problem stuffing all of the crap for my f90bt behind there and somehow pinched one of the wires for my driver side front so i had this occassional squeal in it.... just take it out and check all of your connections
