So I recently received version 6.6 and the update disc from another member
and I for the life of me can't figure out how to update the program.

There are two discs, one that says program update (or something to that effect) and the other is the newer version Map disc.

I tried putting both of the disc in the DVD player.
When the update disc is in, its says there is no map disc in the reader.
When I put the Map disc in it says my car is in CA .

I search and I couldn't find that answer anywhere, anybody know what to do?

well, if i remember correctly, the 1st disc...program update (or something to that effect) started or initiated the upgrade.......so i dont get why yours didnt do that.....??

I'll try that disc again, but nothing happened the first time when I put it in.

 

Put the update disc in first, let it run, then put the map disk in and drive around so it can locate the satellite.
