Default Pioneer Fh8000bt Head unit install review

Here it is.. Fits good. there is a small gap on bottom.. fixable.

As far as the features.. this thing is great.
linked to my phone in seconds. downloaded contacts an a few minutes.. i pod there were no issues at all. just pluged in and it recognized it.
the searching on the unit is decent. you can do a alphabet search or playlist just like ipod. there is a shuffle button right on the face which is nice. i use it in this mode usually

audio controls are a bit on the crap side. it had 6 presets and im not too sure how to customize thm yet.

phone is pretty self explanitory.. it does its thing.. good

(in USB)
so, looks like this headunit isnt fully compatable with the new iphone 3g?
it asks me to go into airplane mode, but i say no because i still want the phone.
it does charge my iphone, plays all of my music, lets me use the phone, but it wont play the videos =(

maybe i need to plug it into the headphone jack i guess for that.
hopefully quality is still good.

i like the headunit, i got no bluetooth because somehow the microphone got lost >.<

I was thinking about buying this deck as well. I haven't done any uprgrades to audio at all and I figured if I'm getting a new deck I might as well buy a sub too. I was thinkin about gettin a 10" to put in the enclosure behind the drivers seat. I haven't really been into audio for a few years, anyone have any suggestions on a good 10" at a decent price?
