Did Anyone with the Xenarc 7" Touchscreen running XP and a Epia M10000 have issues getting the touchscreen controller to come up in the touchscreen software?

I know the screen works because I can hook it up to my Laptop running Win2k and it works fine. I have tried everything I can think of just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas?
