I just installed the ipod interface and now the volume is constant and wont go Up or Down. Its only with the iPod too. On a CD or the radio, I can adjust the volume, but not with the iPod. Any insight?

Heres what I did-

USB to USB to Red Audio, White Audio, Yellow Video to back of F700BT

Anyone know why?

What Ipod do you have?
Did you reset the Ipod?
Did you reset the deck?
Did you update the deck's firmware?

I have the one before the most recent nano..so it isnt the ipod
I forget how to reset the iPod..
How do I reset the deck?
and its the 2.0 firmware

To reset the Ipod press the center button and the Menu button at the same time for 10 seconds. It will turn off then on again

To reset the 700BT, find the small button on the front of the deck near the volume ****. Press that button with the tip of a pen or pencil and it will turn off then on again.

Did both, and still, cant adjust the volume...i can hear it, just not to my liking...and i cant even turn it down
