And - does it line up better than s2k antenna? Just curious - I don't think the original Nissan antenna is hideous - but like the 'stubby' look.

I got a perrin short antenna. It was $29, but the base is flush with the rest of the Z. Antenna reception isn't that great, i have the antenna amplifier hooked up with my aftermarket stereo. I don't listen to the FM much unless I am in the city, but it looks great. I forgot where I got the antenna originally, but here is it:

So it sounds like there's not much of a reception improvement, changing over to a Honda S2000 Antenna. So whats the point in the swap? Is it just because its a little shorter thant the stocker? Way too much time on your hands.........................
