GPS Nuvi In CubbyHole - Advice
Alright everyone, the first photo attached is how my GPS looks in my cubbyhole. I purchased the Streetpolite suction cup so the lid closes perfectly. The suction cup is an inch shorter allowing you to shut the lid. i wired the power to the adapter plug, all hidden.
The second photo is a faceplate that I found online, I have searched countless hours to find this faceplate or someone that could make one so my GPS will not have gaps on all four sides.
Any ideas?
Also, my cubbyhole shows the two screws at the bottom (to unscrew the console), I've seen other Z cubbys with a plate that covers the two screws (like the first photo right in front of the gps), is that because my interior is an 04'? or am I missing that peice?

As far as the console goes, yes you are missing the finisher piece. I know you can get it from the dealership. Most of the Nissan dealerships used to let you browse their parts catalog online but recently all the ones I visit dont allow that anymore. Otherwise I would find the part number for you.
For the GPS trim ring, it would be hard to find one that fits perfectly into your cubby with the inner piece cut out to fit your particular unit. So just make one yourself. Here is what I would do. Get yourself a 1/4 thick board from Lowe's. It can be solid wood or finished plywood. Buy a small piece (maybe 1' X 1') of vinyl or felt from a craft store. Then just trim down the board to where it fits loosly inside the cubby and the GPS fits loosly inside the ring. Get some spray adhesive to secure the vinly/felt to the trim ring. Voila!
