You basically just take your hot wire and ground wire and run both into a switch, it's a pain in the *** to find it in the Z. I use'd a 7 1/2 amp aircraft cb but removed it cause I got tired of having to reset it everytime. If they really wanted the car they could just take a tazer to it and blow your cbs though.

well you can't start the car without fuel. but they can still tow it. i know some people that steal cars do that. but if that were the case, they'd steal it no matter what. fuel pump switch would definitely keep someone from starting the car.

I dunno about up in Florida but, down here, most car thieves use tow trucks to steal vehicles, so there ain't much you can actually do to keep 'em from doing it. You can invest all you want on "security" systems, but they'll just hook 'em up and GO! The best you can do is get the best possible pkng. spot & trust God!

I wish a car thief good luck hooking up my Z to their tow truck before I'm already down stairs with my 9mm on me.

two way paging helps, but you're right, some of the dedicated/well trained car thieves will get a car no matter the circumstances.
