To have a shop do it----big $$$$

To do it yourself----- a few hours and around $150-$200 for supplies

BTW- I think there is a thread that tell you how to take your interior apart. It's really not the hard to do, the Z snaps together like a model car.

Default Heavy alternative

I know a guy up here in Utah that rino lined his Accord. He has some serious cash in audio tied up in his whip though. His roof will flex three inches with no sound outside the vehicle. Its pretty amazing.

Its very noticable and glad I did it. Has 2 layers of dynamat Xtreme on most parts. Yup about 20 hours sounds right.

I used 2 whole bulk packs and individually they have a little weight. I need more weight in the back though. We were doing methanol tuning last week and I was spinning in 4th sometimes.

would it help with the interior car sound? i have an exhaust and the car sounds loud when driving (of course.) However even when going ~ 50 mile / hour in neurtral, the car still sound loud (road noise.) I'm not sure it's because of my tires, but regardless wanted to fiind a way to minimize the noise. i don't mean to steal thread, just curious if you guys with dyna have much success. tx

It will help, foam will help as well, it's more important for wind noise (etc.) from what I've read.

I'm starting with the butyl, and going to add foam if needed later.

Example of foam^
