Did you hook up the "power antennae" lead? That is for the antennae amplifier.

i went back to the aftermarket headunit for a while, but i am currently in the process of selling it. when it was installed i did hook up the power antenna. the thing is though. when i put my stock headunit back in i still have crappy radio signal. could i have pulled too hard when i removed it the first time and knocked something loose?
