Default Question Regarding Decks

Alright guys, well I know you all are experts and have personal experience with decks and which ones are perfect for the Z, so I'm asking for some help. I'm looking for your feedback on which deck's you have and what ones you suggest.

I already have Navigation and a DVD player so I do NOT need a deck with one. I'm mainly just looking for an aux import for an Ipod or Iphone as well as some other controls. Another question I have is what should I do with the gap that is left with the smaller decks.

Thanks!

If all you need is a single DIN for iPod control and radio with an aux in for your DVD, then look at the Alpine ida-x305. It is a great little unit.

and the add-on aux input kca-121b (additional $15 or so).

As for the opening left by the single DIN unit, just use the pocket that comes with any standard dash kit. It makes a convenient place to hold your iPod or iPhone. That is where I keep mine.

OR.......

The Alpine ixa-w404

which is a touch-screen double DIN and has built-in aux inputs, but is a little more expensive.

I guess it depends on your budget.
