Default Radio problem

Whats up, here the story. I was driving to work yesterday and went over a normal bump in the highway when suddenly the factory radio stop working. The radio works but theirs no sound. It's like when the cd jumps in bumps. Now every bump I take the sound comes and goes. Any opinions are welcome because I am not going to get raped by the dealer just yet. I have an 05 base so warranty is out of the question.

Thnx

Sounds simply like a loose connection. You really should be able to handle this on your own and if not you could try a local audio shop before you go to your dealer.

Edit: You can use this as a guide:

thanx guys, but actually I was doing some errands and passed an audio shop. I bought the car used and the guy that had it, put some aftermarket speakers. What happened was that the bump broke the speaker mount of the passenger side and it was grounding with the door. easy fix, cost me $10 because he also fixed the sloppy connections they had done.

WOW nice do it yourself pretty detailed
